We’re so excited about this concert on Saturday, March 26th. It’s coming up fast, and we have in-person and streaming tickets for sale.
Get full details on the concert experience – both in-person and streaming. Please note that Ontario’s COVID restrictions will change once again, as of March 21st. We will no longer be screening for vaccination certificates at the door. We do ask that patrons who don’t feel well stay home (anyone can swap a regular ticket for a streaming link — just ask!), and exercise all the care and consideration they would for friends and neighbours. We will no longer be requiring masks; however, the Health Unit still advises that masks are still excellent protection in close quarters, and we want people to feel comfortable wearing them if they so choose.
Julian Taylor
We are so excited to have Julian Taylor (CFMA Solo Artist of the Year 2021) join us for a rare acoustic appearance at Folkus. He is touring is latest album The Ridge, which has been nominated for two Junos, five NAMAs, and the Polaris long list.
This album is his most intimate and personal. a lovely and touching meditation on everything from childhood and family to touring and growing up.
Catriona Sturton
Our opening act, Catriona Sturton, is a multi-instrumentalist tour de force, bringing a sometimes tender, sometimes comic sensibility to her songs about mysteries, the blues, cats, and late night calls.
You won’t want to miss this great evening, and with in-person and streaming tickets available, you won’t have to!
If you’re joining us in person, we’re delighted to be bringing back our cash bar and to celebrate being together.
